Sim founded Avin Learning after seeing first-hand how the right tutor can change a student's path. A tutor who understood how she learned turned physics from her hardest subject into one she loved, and she went on to study Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
After moving to Melbourne in 2016 and completing an MBA, Sim founded Avin Learning to bring that same personal approach to Australian families. She chooses every tutor herself, looking for strong academic results and the kind of empathy that puts students at ease.
