Avin Learning is a Melbourne-based online tutoring company supporting students from Year 4 to VCE. We combine carefully selected tutors with a structured, well-organised service, so families get consistent support and clear progress all year.
We're more than a tutor-matching service. Every family is supported from the first call through to end-of-term progress reports, with session reminders, cover when a tutor is unavailable, and a team that knows each student by name.

Sim founded Avin Learning after seeing first-hand how the right tutor can change a student's path. A tutor who understood how she learned turned physics from her hardest subject into one she loved, and she went on to study Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
After moving to Melbourne in 2016 and completing an MBA, Sim founded Avin Learning to bring that same tailored approach to Australian families. She personally selects every tutor, looking for strong academic results and, just as importantly, the empathy and attitude that make students feel comfortable.
Our tutors
Our tutors are students and graduates of the University of Melbourne and Monash University. Most are current university students, so school is fresh in their minds and they explain things in a way students relate to.
