Sim has over 10 years of experience in tutoring. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with honors and a master's degree in Business Administration.

Michelle is studying for a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. She completed her Cambridge A levels in Indonesia and received the 'Top in The World' award for Cambridge Maths Level A. Additionally, she has volunteered to teach underprivileged students back in Indonesia.​
